Swing, ballroom dance, jump swing, authentic jazz, good solid rock-in guitar, jazzy sax solos, vocal duets, 70's, Mo-town, Jewish, Italian and other ethnic group dances, show tunes and classical music… just to name a few of the musical styles performed by this professional ensemble.
The Tim Wallace Band performs for private receptions and ceremonies held at world class hotels, country clubs, and private properties local to the San Francisco Bay Area. We limit bookings to 100 annually to ensure the highest quality performance for your special event.
The musical details of each engagement are organized 30 days prior to the event into a written itinerary that flows around the desired protocol and style of the event (e.g., black tie, casual, costume). Music for wedding ceremonies and hors d'oeuvre receptions are provided with smaller ensembles derived from the six member orchestra. (E.g., guitar & flute, ceremony vocalist, piano & sax, jazz trio). These ensembles will create a wonderful musical atmosphere at each stage of the event so all the guests are kept joyfully entertained. You can relax and enjoy yourself as the event runs smoothly and your guests share their compliments of your good taste and wisdom.
