Garth Brooks in Country Music U.S.A.
LIVE IN CONCERT

Eric York

Eric began his career as a tribute performer in Nashville on August 13th, 1998. Eric portrayed Garth Brooks and Elton John in a corporate show entitled 'Superstars In Concert.' The success of this show groomed him to be the star performer of 'Viva Nash Vegas' which ran at the Stardust Theater and on the General Jackson Dinner and Show Cruises in the New Opry Mills Plaza, both located in world famous Nashville, TN.

In May of 2000, Eric, who was featured on TNN's "This Week In Country Music", was brought to 'Country Music U.S.A.' and the Riverside Resort Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, NV to embark on a new, all country, format. In this new production, Eric would not only perform as Garth Brooks, but would also sport a moustache to portray Kix Brooks of the world's most famous country duo, "Brooks and Dunn."

He has amazed audiences nationwide and has left close friends and associates of Garth saying, "HE IS GARTH." Due to his uncanny resemblance and vocal ability, he alone was chosen from a worldwide group of Garth Brooks tribute artists to perform at the first annula "PlanetGarth.com" convention held in world famous Music City USA in August 2001.

In December of 1999, Garth himself heard Eric's tribute CD backstage at the Grand Ole Opry. Garth was so impressed with what he heard that he asked if his voice had been used on any of Eric's recordings. When he was told "No" he was so excited that he wrote Eric a personalized message saying, "Eric, sure love your music pal. Thanks for all you do for mine! God bless, Garth Brooks."

Whether it's Garth, Elton, or Kix, we are sure that Eric York is one of the premiere entertianers in the Country Music industry today. Measured by the company he keeps, we will surely be hearing more from this talented and versatile young man.
